Project Executive

Job duties and responsibilities:
* Support & facilitate administration
* Minutes taking, prepare COC reports
* Review of existing projects & propose for further improvement
* Attend to calls, emails & correspondence pertaining to dept programs & activities
* Monitor progress & smooth coordination of dept’s initiatives.
* Ensure all other official records are also properly maintained and updated
* Manage volunteers & provide data management of participants & volunteers

Job Specifications:
* Diploma with min 3 year of working experience preferably in community work, volunteer mgt or project mgt
* Pleasant personality, good team player, resourceful, good interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office
* Bilingual to relate with English or Mandarin-speakers

Marcom Executive

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
*Develop, execute, co-ordinate all marketing & promotional activities/programs of all departments
* Conduct market research & evaluation studies & organizational positioning.
* Build good relations with the media, the general public and external organizations.
* Develop marketing initiatives with other departments and act as a gatekeeper to ensure consistency in marketing information.
* Produce print media ie newsletters/event calendar & write press releases, speeches and for website, Facebook and blogs.

Job Specifications:
* Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication or its equivalent with min 3 years of relevant experience
* S’pore citizen or PR
* IT literate including social media network, experience with web design and e-Newsletter will be an advantage.
* Bilingual with excellent command of English & Mandarin language, both written and spoken to handle Mandarin programs.
* Able to work independently, self motivated, responsible, multi-tasked and a good team player. 

Educational Officer ( CCK )

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
*To support and facilitate classroom teaching.
*To prepare lesson plans and coordinate holiday programmes

Job Specifications:
*Min O level
*S’pore citizen or PR
*Excellent team player, fun and outgoing personality with positive outlook in life
*Bilingual to handle English and Chinese educational programmes
*Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with children (age of 7-12 years old)
