Job Duties & Responsibilities
- To support and facilitate classroom teaching.
- To prepare lesson plans and coordinate holiday programmes
Job Specifications:
- Min O level
- S’pore citizen or PR
- Excellent team player, fun and outgoing personality with positive outlook in life
- Bilingual to handle English and Chinese educational programmes
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with children (age of 7-12 years old)
Retail Executive
Job duties and responsibilities:
*Responsible for the smooth and effective management / operations of retail outlets.
*Work with marketing to drive marketing programs
*Maintain good customer services and resolve problems faced by the front line personnel
*Liaise with HQ for inventory discrepancies
*Liaise with other departments for special events and promotional activities *Responsible for the table sales and expenses for the retail outlets including petty cash.
*Responsible for all administrative works such as leave ,overtime, attendance and scheduling of duties for retail assistants
*Train new and existing retail assistants
*Ensure constant compliance by the staff to SOP requirements
Job Specifications:
*Possess at least a Diploma in Business administration or related discipline
*2-3 years of retail or service experience with min 1 year as supervisor
*Possess initiative and work well with minimum supervision
*Helpful, positive attitude, self-motivated, good inter-personnel skills cheerful disposition
Retail Assistant
Job duties and responsibilities:
*Provide retail services and counter sales
*Maintain good customer services
*Check and receive goods from HQ
Job Specifications:
*Possess at least a O level or related discipline
* 2-3 years of retail or service experience
* Possess initiative and work well with minimum supervision
* Helpful,motivated, positive attitude, cheerful disposition
General Workers
Job duties and responsibilities:
*Responsible for ensuring good housekeeping duties
*Perform general maintenance duties and any ad-hoc duties when assigned
Job Specifications:
*Able to work on weekends and public holidays
*Physically fit
*Excellent team player, responsible and possess good working attitude
