Age Well Everyday (AWE) Programme 天天康龄


AWE is a holistic and evidence-based dementia and depression prevention programme designed to delay cognitive deterioration, reduce anxiety and depression, and increase socialisation in seniors and thereby delaying the onset of dementia.

This programme is developed by Mind Science Centre (MSC), National University of Singapore (NUS)

时间 Time: 9am to 11.30am

地点 Venue: 光明山普觉禅寺 Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery 

对象 Participants: 欢迎40岁以上的年长者、护理人员、退休人士及有轻度认知障碍的人士参与。
The program is suitable for seniors aged 40 and above, caregivers, retirees and individuals with mild cognitive impairment.
