Join Venerable Chun Nian in a one-day study camp where you will learn how to identify and deal with your defilements to ultimately be free from them!
Speaker Profile:
Venerable Shi Chun Nian is from Bao Guang Fo Tang temple in Singapore. In 1999, she took up the robes when she was 27 under the tutelage of Venerable Sek Te Yuan.
After her ordination, Venerable Chun Nian studied at the International Theravada Buddhist Missionary University in Myanmar from 2000 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Buddhist Studies. She had an interest in the inner workings of the mind, so she sought to learn various meditation techniques from esteemed teachers in Myanmar, Australia, India, United States, and Singapore.
Since 2006, Venerable Chun Nian has been conducting meditation classes at Bao Guang Fo Tang temple. She also conducts meditation classes and English Dharma classes at other Buddhist organisations. Currently, she is one of the teachers of the English Buddhism Course conducted in Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery.

Remarks:
- This study camp will be conducted in English.
- Participants are strongly encouraged to have a basic knowledge of Buddhism.
