Life is not easy, be kind to yourself.
The course covers the following topics:

- Self-Compassion practices in daily life
- Discovering your compassionate voice
- Working through difficult emotions
- Managing caregiver fatigue and burnout
- Discovering your core values
Each class includes short talks, experiential practices, reflections, and group discussions.
“The course is helpful in showing me the different ways to come out from the vicious cycle of ‘self-critic’ and ‘self-pity’ to a more compassionate person to myself and move on beyond my emotion for a better ‘me’. Thank you Teacher Kai Lin and all the participants for their sharing that I am not alone, it’s alright not to feel alright at times.”
