“The course is helpful in showing me the different ways to come out from the vicious cycle of self-critic and self-pity to become a more compassionate person to myself and move on beyond my emotions for a better me. Thank you Teacher Kai Lin and all the participants for their sharing that I am not alone, and that it’s alright not to feel alright at times.”
