三皈五戒授戒典礼 Threefold Refuge and Five Precepts Ceremony

皈依三宝，是踏上佛门修行之路的起点；受持戒律，则是信仰落实于日常生活的体现。

佛教徒所依止的三宝，指的是佛、法、僧：

佛：是修行圆满、彻悟宇宙人生真理，证得觉醒境界的觉者。
法：是佛陀留下的智慧法则，循此而修，人人皆可成佛。
僧：是依教修行的僧众，肩负弘扬佛法、利益众生的使命。

 

Taking refuge in the Triple Gem is the gateway to learning Buddhism; upholding the precepts is the true practice of faith.

In Buddhism, practitioners take refuge in the Triple Gem: the Buddha, the Dharma and the Sangha.

The Buddha is the awakened one, who through profound cultivation realised the ultimate truth of life and attained enlightenment.

The Dharma is the Buddha’s wisdom and teachings — timeless guidance that, when sincerely practiced, can lead anyone on the path to liberation.

The Sangha is the community of monks and nuns who embody the teachings and support others on their spiritual path.

备注 Remarks:

  • 三皈五戒报名者务必出席三皈五戒预备班（中文授课）。
    Attendance of preparatory class is mandatory for those registering for the Threefold Refuge and Five Precepts Ceremony. This class will be conducted in Mandarin.

  • 强烈建议戒子报名参加同一天上午举办的佛教礼仪班 。
    Participants are strongly encouraged to attend the Buddhist Etiquette Class held on the same morning before this session.

  • 请用个人账号报名三皈五戒典礼。一个账号仅限报名一次。
    Please register for the “Threefold Refuge and Five Precept” ceremony through your personal account on the monastery’s website. Each account is limited to one registration.

  • 年龄12岁以上才可受持五戒。
    The “Five Precepts” ceremony is open to participants aged 12 years and above.

  • 可自备海青（三皈依）和缦衣（五戒），非强制要求。如需请购，请至本寺接待处旁的光明坊（营业时间：8.30am — 4.30pm）。
    While bringing your Haiqing (Threefold Refuge) and Manyi (Five Precepts) is encouraged, it is not mandatory. Should you wish to purchase one, please visit Awareness Place located next to the Reception Office (Operating hours: 8.30am to 4pm).
