Sunday Cultivation Practice

This three-lesson programme invites participants to explore the essence of Buddhist cultivation through accessible, structured practice. Whether you are new to the path or seeking to deepen your journey, this programme offers a grounded return to the fundamentals, gently guiding participants to live with mindfulness, clarity and meaning in daily life.

Instructor profile: 

Venerable Chun Zhi was ordained in 2002 under Venerable Te Yuan at Pao Kwan Foh Tang and received higher ordination in 2004 at Miao Fa Chan Monastery in Taiwan. She pursued formal Buddhist studies at Dharma Drum Sangha University, graduating in 2010. Since 2011, Venerable Chun Zhi has served as a Dharma teacher for Buddhism courses at Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery.
