FOR ONLINE DONATIONS
The minimum donation amount is SGD10 and all donations shall be in whole dollars (no cents).
For donations above SGD1,000, please issue a cheque in favour of Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery or by cash at the Monastery’s Front Office.
All donations are non-refundable.

Registration / Application Conditions
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery (KMSPKS). KMSPKS reserves the right to accept or reject any registration. By registering, you agree, on your own behalf and on behalf of all persons for whom you are registering, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Upon confirmation of your registration, no exchange or substitutions will be made under any circumstances and registration is not transferable. Upon confirmation of your registration, no refund will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to “Cancellation Condition” below.
KMSPKS reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the programme by others.
Payment Terms
Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of the programme to confirm your seat.
Cancellation
KMSPKS reserves the right to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers and the date and venue without prior notice. If a programme is postponed or cancelled, a Postponement Publicity Notice or a Cancellation Publicity Notice shall be placed on the monastery’s website (kmspks.org) and Facebook page (www.Facebook.com/kmspks) by the monastery. If in the unlikely event that the programme is cancelled, the monastery will refund the full amount and disclaim any further liability. Booking fees and all handling fees shall not be refundable.
No refund will be made for any cancellation. All cancellation must be received by the monastery in writing at least 5 working days prior to the commencement of the programme. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual Property rights in all materials produced or distributed by KMSPKS is expressly reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
Participant Information
By providing any personal data to KMSPKS, you agree that KMSPKS shall be entitled to use and process such data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Photographic and Video Material taken at KMSPKS Programmes
KMSPKS takes photographic and video material of participants at programmes. In registering for a KMSPKS programme, you acknowledge that we may include images of yourself intact or in part for material used in various publications, promotional activities, or other related endeavors. This material may also appear on the website and related social media pages of KMSPKS.
Liability
KMSPKS and its employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss or damage that may occur during participation in any programmes organised by KMSPKS.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
KMSPKS reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time. The Effective Date, as stated below, indicates the last time the Terms and Conditions was materially revised. If any material changes to the Terms and Conditions are made, KMSPKS shall post them on this page. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to understand our Terms and Conditions regarding online registration.

线上捐款
最低捐款金额为新币10元，所有捐款必须以整元计算（不接受硬币金额）。如捐款金额超过新币1,000元，请开具支票，抬头为“光明山普觉禅寺”，或直接至寺务处柜台以现金捐款。所有捐款均不予退款。
线上报名及活动付款
报名/申请条件
所有申请须以光明山普觉禅寺的可用性和接受情况为准。光明山普觉禅寺保留接受或拒绝报名的权利。通过报名，您同意自身及您为其报名的所有人员均接受这些条款和条件的约束。
报名确认后，恕不接受任何更换或替换，报名一经确认不可转让。报名确认后，除非符合“取消条款”，否则一律不予退款。
光明山普觉禅寺保留在不退款或赔偿的情况下，禁止学员参与或禁止任何行为无序、不当、对安全构成威胁或影响他人活动体验的学员。
付款条款
全额款项必须在活动开始前完成付款，以确认您的座位。
取消
光明山普觉禅寺保留在未事先通知的情况下更改活动内容、时间、讲者、日期和地点的权利。如果活动被延期或取消，寺院将会在网站（kmspks.org）和 Facebook 页面（www.Facebook.com/kmspks）上发布延期或取消公告。如果活动被取消，寺院将全额退款，并不承担任何进一步的责任。预订费用和所有手续费不予退款。
取消申请一律不予退款。所有取消申请必须在活动开始前至少5个工作日以书面形式提交给寺院。未付款或未出席不视为取消。
知识产权
光明山普觉禅寺所制作或分发的所有材料的知识产权均为寺院所持有，禁止未经授权的复制及发布。
参与者信息
通过向光明山普觉禅寺提供个人数据，您同意光明山普觉禅寺有权根据其隐私政策使用和处理这些数据。
在光明山普觉禅寺活动中拍摄的照片和视频
光明山普觉禅寺将在活动中拍摄照片和视频。报名参加光明山普觉禅寺活动时，即代表您同意我们可能将您的完整或部分影像用于各种出版物、宣传活动或其他相关用途。这些材料也可能出现在光明山普觉禅寺的网站和相关社交媒体页面上。
免责声明
光明山普觉禅寺及其员工对学员或大众在参加活动期间发生的死亡、个人伤害、损失或损害不承担任何的责任。
条款和条件的变更
KMSPKS 保留随时修改或更改条款和条件的权利。下述生效日期表示条款和条件的最后一次修订时间。如果条款和条件有重大变更，光明山普觉禅寺将会在此页面上发布更新。我们建议您定期查看此页面，以了解有关的条款和条件。
