Obtain Certificate of
Cause of Death
取得死亡证明
Obtain Certificate of Cause of Death from the attending doctor or hospital.
向主治医生或医院申请

STEP 4
Choose a Resting Llace for Your Loved One’s Ashes
选择骨灰安奉地点
Our monastery has two columbaria: Pu An Columbarium and Pu Tong Columbarium.
本寺目前设有普安塔与普同塔两座骨灰塔。
STEP 2
Engage a Funeral Director
联系殡葬服务
Find a Buddhist undertaker or trusted funeral service provider.
联系佛教殡仪公司或其他值得信赖的殡葬服务单位。
STEP 5
Consider Ji Ling
or Memorial Services
寄灵安排
Honour your loved one through prayers and offerings.
通过诵经、祈福、超度等方式，表达对先人的追思与怀念。

*As the Crematorium is undergoing redevelopment, cremation services are temporarily unavailable.
During this period, the following services will continue to be available at the temporary Crematorium Office,
located next to the Multi-storey Car Park: Ji Ling services, ash picking, niche-related enquiry, prayer services and more.
因火化场正在进行重建工程，现有的火化服务将暂时中止。其余相关服务请前往多层停车场旁的
临时火化场办公室办理，包括寄灵服务、骨灰领取、骨灰位相关咨询与诵经服务等。
