Chair Yoga

You do not need to be young or athletic to enjoy the benefits of yoga!

Perfect for seniors or anyone with limited mobility, Chair Yoga lets you stretch, strengthen and relax without ever needing to get on the floor.

Using a chair for support, these gentle exercises move the whole body, from your feet and spine to your eyes and mind. When practiced mindfully, Chair Yoga improves circulation, increase flexibility and enhance cognitive function.

No matter your current flexibility, you will leave feeling energised and mentally at peace.

Important notes:

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
  • Avoid eating 1½ to 2 hours before class.

Classes on Fridays:

  • 10 April to 19 June 2026 (No class on 1 May)
  • 26 June to 28 August 2026
  • 4 September to 6 November 2026
  • 13 November 2026 to 29 January 2027 (No class on 25 December 2026 and 1 January 2027)

12.45pm to 1.45pm

Fee:

Fee for 10 sessions: $164
Walk-in: $24 per session
