Choose from our thoughtfully designed Hatha Yoga programmes and experience a steady, holistic way to maintain physical health while cultivating inner calm.

 

Remarks:
– Wear loose, comfortable attire.

– Please bring your own yoga mat.

– Refrain from consuming food 1½ to 2 hours before class.

Reconnect your body’s natural healing ability through simple postures and stretches. These sessions help release tension in the neck, shoulders, lower and upper back, and legs, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, clear-minded and calm after each class.

Relax & Recharge Yoga

Designed for busy professionals, this lunchtime programme offers a gentle rest in the middle of your day. Enjoy a calming yoga session that helps ease stress, support digestion, and settle anxiety, so you can return to work feeling refreshed and focused.

Gentle Hatha Yoga

Suitable for beginners, seniors and those recovering from illness. This programme introduces joint-loosening movements, breathing exercises, basic yoga postures and relaxation techniques. It aims to reduce stiffness, improve blood circulation and lung capacity. It also strengthens spinal health and enhances overall body alignment.

Beginners’ Hatha Yoga

Learn proper breathing techniques and key basic yoga poses to facilitate the flow of energy in the body. Classes progress at a comfortable pace, allowing students to build flexibility and strength in a safe, non-competitive and relaxed setting.
