Mindfulness Workshop

Rooted in the Plum Village tradition founded by Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh, this mini-workshop explores mindfulness as it is practised in everyday life. Learn to anchor yourself in the present and cultivate a deeper connection with your inner self.
Discover how ordinary moments can become opportunities for awareness and presence.
** Conducted in English
