Understanding Stress and Anxiety through LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

Discover a creative and empowering way to manage stress and anxiety in our 8-week group play therapy programme. Using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method, participants build models to bring thoughts and emotions to life, deepen self-understanding, and uncover practical strategies for life challenges.

The guided group sessions encourage reflection, resilience, and purposeful goal setting, making this programme a supportive complement to ongoing care or a meaningful step toward greater wellbeing.
