PROGRAMME EXECUTIVE, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and develop community engagement programmes and activities
- Build and maintain good relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate programme performance and impact
- Manage volunteer engagement and community participation efforts
- Support and coordinate programme admin and logistics duties
- Assist in developing outreach materials
- Involve in Monastery events and activities
Job Specifications
- Qualification: Diploma or above in Community Engagement & Development/ Social Services / Event Management / Business Management or related discipline
- Year(s) of Experience: Min. 1 year of working experience in community outreach, programme planning or any social service discipline
- Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Planning and coordination skills, Communication & interpersonal skills, Computer-literate, Ability to multi-task and work within time frame with minimal supervision

STORE CUM RETAIL ASSISTANT
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform store duties such as receiving, checking, storing and delivery of goods etc.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the prayer items such as cleaning the containers of butter lamps etc.
- Support general duties to ensure smooth running of daily retail operation
- Provide counter sales and attend to customers’ enquiries
- Liaise with volunteers for flower arrangement and provide the related logistic support

We are seeking a committed team member to support the Gratitude Corner’s day-to-day operations in the areas of inventory management, pricing, sales, and customer/volunteer engagement etc..
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the overall operations of the Gratitude Corner
- Support the day-to-day operations in the areas of inventory management, pricing, sales and customer engagement etc.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records, activities and other related information
- Assist in managing and co-ordinating volunteers
- Ensure workplace safety and environment cleanliness
Job Specifications
- Qualification: Min. GCE ‘O’ / ’N’ Level
- Year(s) of Experience: At least 1 year of work experience. Experience in recycling operations, or thrift/retail management is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle daily store duties (e.g. receiving, inspection and distribution of goods etc.) and ensure product quality and quantity matched to the purchase order/invoice/documents
- Carry out stock count and monitor stock status
- Manage inventory system and ensure inventory accuracy
- Handle goods delivery and assist with online goods order and/or retail sales
- Ensure compliance of safety regulations and guidelines
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of store areas
Job Specifications
- Qualification: Min. GCE ‘O’ / ’N’ Level / Nitec
- Year(s) of Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders
- Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Effective communication skills, Computer literate, Knowledge of inventory/purchasing software
- Physically fit to lift and carry goods
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be responsible for day-to-day maintenance works (e.g. painting, installation) and cleaning works
- Assist in setting up praying fixtures for the Monastery events
- Provide logistic support when required
Job Specifications
- Year(s) of Experience: Min. 1 year of relevant experience
- Language(s): Able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
- Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Basic knowledge on safe use of hand tools and equipment
- A team player with positive attitude
- Physical fit to carry out manual works, able to lift and carry up to 20kg without assistance

- Possess forklift license/ Experience in replacing floor tiles and/or wall painting will be of an advantage
KITCHEN STEWARD/DISHWASHER (PART-TIME)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clear used plates from dining tables and self-return tray area
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize crockery, cutlery and other cooking utensils
- Clean pots, pans and glassware
- Weekly cleaning of kitchen equipment (e.g. refrigerator, ice machine etc.)
- Keep dishwashing equipment clean and report for any functional or mechanical problem promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the working areas
- Assist with other F&B duties when required
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health guidelines

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support F&B daily operations including the operations of restaurant
- Handle table arrangement setup works in the dining hall for monastery events and activities
- Deliver F&B services in accordance with the departmental standards
- Assist in F&B inventory management
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure F&B team maintain good standards of personal appearance and hygiene
- Assist Team Lead in constantly improving F&B work processes and practices to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Support administrative tasks when required (e.g. purchasing order, invoice processing etc.)
- Comply with workplace safety and health guidelines
