  • Upon successful registration, all classes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Students are reminded to bring their own water, as bottled water will not be provided.

Sutra Studies

– Walking the Path to Liberation with Mindfulness — The study and practice of Satipatthana Sutta

This course explores the journey within, learn how to apply mindfulness in daily life and develop our minds, such that we can be free from suffering.
