After joining Relaxation and Mindfulness Meditation, I also started to do walking meditation at my leisure time. Having done so for a period of time, I find myself healthier, and no longer panting after walking some short distance and can walk longer without feeling tired.
Secondly, my family also shared that my temper has become better after joining the class. They noticed that I will not scold them for some of the more minor mistakes that they have done.
