Wish to share that prior to Covid, a few colleagues and I held periodic short meditation during lunch using the RMM method (through listening to the MP3). We found that this has been useful to recharge our tired bodies and clear our clouded minds.
On regular days, meditation helps me to be aware of my own anxiety, stress, anger and even greed. By being aware, I can learn to “let it go” and return to the relax state again. This has motivated me to continue learning, to benefit myself and for people around me.
