  • Attire for participants should be loose and comfortable.

Gentle Hatha Yoga

Recommended for beginners, elderly and those recovering from illness, Gentle Hatha Yoga introduces joint-loosening movements, breathing exercises, basic yoga postures and relaxation techniques that aim to reduce stiffness, improve blood circulation and lung capacity effectively. It also strengthens spinal health and enhances body alignment.

Beginners’ Hatha Yoga

Learn proper breathing exercises and key basic yoga poses to facilitate the flow of energy in the body. To ensure a positive learning experience, classes are conducted at a progressive pace to allow students to build up their flexibility and strength in a safe, non-competitive and relaxed setting.
