Mr Ong Pee Eng, Qualified MBSR Mindfulness Teacher

Mr. Ong Pee Eng embarked on his mindfulness journey over 30 years ago while he was still in university. When confronted with a midlife crisis triggered by work-related stress, he intensified his practice, which successfully tided him through that challenging period. As a working husband and father to two daughters, he acknowledges that mindfulness has significantly reduced the likelihood of outbursts at home. Today, Mr. Ong is a full-time mindfulness trainer, offering an array of services including mindfulness workshops, weeks-long courses, children’s classes, and one-on-one meditation sessions.

His interest in evidence-based teaching led him to pursue further training and achieve the following qualifications:

– Certified Teacher of Koru Mindfulness program (USA) for young adults (age 18-29)
