Session 1: Precious (1 November 2024, Friday)
Do you know what matters most to you in life? Find out what they are and how to make your life more complete through LSP.

Session 2: Relationship (8 November 2024, Friday)
All it takes in a relationship is a spark, but great relationships are cultivated over time. It requires commitment, compromise, forgiveness and most of all – effort. Discover what you are looking for in a relationship and how to build a healthy one in this session.

Session 3: Self-care (15 November 2024, Friday)
When was the last time you talked about your feelings and thoughts? The bustle of everyday life often takes over our minds, causing us to neglect our innermost thoughts. This session will allow you to tap into the abstract and communicate through building.
