Paws B (Ages 8 to 10)

This programme is designed to help children stay calm, increase concentration and build self-confidence during their formative years. They will also learn about the functions of the brain and how it influences their decisions, actions and emotions.

What will you learn?

• Explore the different regions of the brain and how it influences your focus, decision-making and emotional balance.
• Discover how mindfulness can enhance daily activities like focusing better, improving memory, and managing behaviour and relationships.
• Learn how to respond to challenging situations with more ease.

 

Dot B (Ages 11 to 16)

This programme focuses on cultivating awareness in daily life, helping your child manage worry, reduce stress and build mental clarity.

What will you learn?

• Develop emotional intelligence and learn to manage impulsive reactions effectively.
• Improve concentration to help you perform better in school.
• Boost your overall well-being — experience more happiness, calmness and a greater sense of fulfilment.
• Learn strategies to handle anxiety, stress and low moods.

Trainer’s profile: Mr. Ong Pee Eng is a qualified teacher for MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and have been practicing mindfulness for more than 30 years. He is also a certified trainer for Paws B, Dot B and ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment).
