You will learn to:

  • Recognise the symptoms of cardiac arrest
  • Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
  • Use the Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

Note 注意:

  • This is NOT a certification course. No certificate will be issued.
    此工作坊为非认证课程，完成培训后将不颁发任何证书。
  • Participants must be able to kneel on the floor for the practical session.
    学员必须能在地板上跪下以进行模拟练习。
  • This course is not recommended pregnant women or people with back pain.
    不建议孕妇及背部疼痛的人参加此课程。
