Instructor profile: 

Mr. Leo Tingyuan is a nurse clinician at the Institute of Mental Health with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He holds a Diploma in Nursing, an Advanced Diploma in Mental Health, and a Bachelor of Nursing with Merit.

Certified by the Centre for Mindfulness in 2022, Mr. Leo is dedicated to integrating mindfulness into psychiatric care to enhance patient wellbeing. He had conducted 8 Weeks Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) for various groups.

As Chairperson of the Psychiatric Nurses Chapter (PNC) at the Singapore Nurses Association, his work contributed to the improvement of the quality of psychiatric nurse care.
