Adjunct Associate Professor Lee Cheng Professor Lee has an extensive and broad history working in the mental health field. Prof. Lee has been with IMH since 1994, and currently he is a Psychiatrist, Senior Consultant, and the Clinical Director at the Office of Population Health (OPH), and the Programme Director of National Addictions Management Service (NAMS).
