Adjunct Associate Professor Lee Cheng

Professor Lee has an extensive and broad history working in the mental health field. Prof. Lee has been with IMH since 1994, and currently he is a Psychiatrist, Senior Consultant, and the Clinical Director at the Office of Population Health (OPH), and the Programme Director of National Addictions Management Service (NAMS).

Presently, he also holds titles in the following organisations:
– Justice of the Peace, Board of Visiting Justices and Board of Inspection, Ministry of Home Affairs
– President, Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH)
– Chairman, Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Psychiatry Advisory Board
– Chairman, Drug Rehabilitation Centre Review Committee
– Board of Directors, Impart and We Care Community Services
– Member of the Public Services Commission’s Disciplinary Panel of Persons
– Accredited Mediator, Singapore Mediation Centre
– Member of the Singapore Medical Council
– Member of the NTU Health Specialist Panel
– Member of the Advisory Board for Orange Valley Nursing Home and Society of Sheng Hong Welfare Services
– Member of the Steering Committee for Beyond The Label 2.0
– Member of the Interagency Taskforce on Mental Health & Well-being

Asides his vast contribution in the mental health field, he also imparts his knowledge to future mental health professionals in the following schools:
