Join our specially designed Hatha Yoga programme to effectively relieve stress!

Studies show that Hatha Yoga alleviates stress, relieves body pain and improves mental well-being. By combining breathing exercises, yoga postures and meditation, Hatha Yoga not only rejuvenates the mind but also keeps your body in shape.

Remarks:

  • Participants are advised to wear loose and comfortable t-shirt and long track pants.
  • Please bring along your own yoga mat.

Please refrain from consuming food 1½ to 2 hours before the start of class.

Gentle Hatha Yoga (Conducted in Mandarin)

Gentle Hatha Yoga 

Recommended for beginners, the elderly and those recovering from illness, Gentle Hatha Yoga introduces joint-loosening movements, breathing exercises, basic effective yoga postures and relaxation techniques that aim to reduce stiffness, improve blood circulation and lung capacity. It also strengthens spinal health and enhance body alignment.

You will learn proper breathing exercises and key basic yoga poses to facilitate the flow of energy in the body. To ensure a positive learning experience, classes are conducted at a progressive pace to allow students to build up their flexibility and strength in a safe, non-competitive and relaxed setting.
