Hatha Yoga

Rediscover your body’s healing ability through simple postures and stretches that release tension of the neck, shoulders, lower and upper back, and legs. After each session, you will feel rejuvenated with clarity and calmness in the mind.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga offers the same benefits as traditional yoga, done easily on a chair. Each session includes gentle exercises to loosen and stretch the body. This is especially suitable for students with mobility limitations who are not able to use a yoga mat.

Gentle Hatha Yoga

Recommended for beginners, the elderly, the wheelchair-bound, and those recovering from illness. Gentle Hatha Yoga introduces joint-loosening movements, breathing exercises, basic effective yoga postures and relaxation techniques that aim to help reduce stiffness, improve blood circulation and lung capacity. It also strengthens spinal health and enhance body alignment.

Beginners’ Hatha Yoga

This class is perfect for those with no prior experience to the practice of yoga. You will learn proper breathing exercises and key basic yoga poses to facilitate the flow of energy in the body. To ensure a positive learning experience, classes are conducted at a progressive pace to allow students to build up their flexibility and strength in a safe, non-competitive and relaxed setting.
