“Live Well, Age Well” – Nutri-health Management Course (Bilingual physical experiential course) “活得好,老得好” — 营养健康管理 (双语体验课)

By 2030, one in every four Singaporeans will be aged 65 or older. Despite increasing life expectancy, many may spend their last decades in poor health.

Between the ages of 40 and 70, healthy adults can lose up to 8% of their muscle mass per decade; after 70, the rate of loss increases to 15% per decade.

As we journey through life, the risk of developing health conditions rises, making it crucial to take steps towards living well and ageing gracefully.

Join us in this interactive course to learn how to enhance your functional health through the power of nutrient-dense plant-based whole foods, along with cognitive and muscle-strengthening exercises. By doing so, you can slow down the ageing process and live a life filled with vitality.

在 40 岁至 70 岁之间,健康成年人每十年可能会损失高达 8% 的肌肉; 70岁以后,每十年损失率高达15%。

随着年龄的增长,成年人的健康每况愈下,患上疾病的风险也随之增加。因此,我们要学习如何优雅地健康活到老,才能在晚年过上美好的生活。

参加此互动课程,学习如何通过营养丰富的植物性全食,认知和肌肉强化练习来促进功能健康,进而延缓衰老。

Insructor Profile 导师简介:

Ms. Vinitha Ang is a Wholistic Health Practitioner, a registered nurse turned vegan chef with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and more than 15 years of experience in wholistic health practice, culinary and nutrition education.  She has attained training in Nutrition, Psychology and Health care management (MSc).  She is also a WSQ certified Adult Educator. In 2023, she graduated from a one-year Specialist Diploma course in Gerontology (Nutrition for Ageing Well).

While working in the cancer centre, she was affected by electromagnetic field (EMF) / mobile radiation, and she managed to heal herself through natural remedies.

After she left the hospital, she operated a vegan café and organic retail business for 5 years.  Through her personalised consultation service with wholistic Clinical Nutrition approach, she has helped many people to regain their health and improve their quality of life.

洪秀珍老师是一位全方位保健营养师和纯素厨师。她曾是一名护士,在医疗保健行业拥有20多年的经验,并在全方位保健营养、烹饪和营养教育方面拥有超过15年的经验。她曾接受营养与心理学的培训,并获得医疗保健管理硕士学位。同时,她也是一名 WSQ认证成人导师,于2023年获得老年学和营养学专业文凭。

洪老师曾因为在癌症中心工作而受到电磁场(EMF)/ 辐射的影响,后来她使用自然疗法疗愈了自己。离开医院后,她经营素食咖啡馆和有机零售业长达5年,并通过全方位保健营养管理咨询服务。她帮助许多人恢复健康,改善生活质量。
