About Tan Ajahn Dton (25 Vassa):
Phra Maha Keyrati Srivuthana, also known as Dhirapanno Bhikkhu, was born in Chonburi, Thailand in 1967. He completed his medical education in Thailand and pursued advanced studies in paediatrics at the American Board of Paediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Michigan. He further specialised in Paediatric Endocrinology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
In 1998, he returned to Thailand and was ordained at Wat Nong Pa Pong, following the lineage of Ajahn Chah in the Thai Forest Tradition. He underwent initial training for five years at Wat Pah Nanachat and attained the Pali Grade 7th certification at Wat Jark Daeng. Presently, he serves as the Buddhist advisor and meditation instructor for various hospitals, government bodies and educational institutions in Thailand. He currently holds the position of Co-Abbot of Wat Pah Boon Lorm in Ubon Ratchathani.
