Programme Objectives
This four-lesson programme aims to facilitate a transformative experience that empowers participants to lead a more mindful and purposeful life. By engaging in this journey, participants will gain the tools and insights necessary to enhance their spiritual practice, navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease, and cultivate a deeper connection with their inner self and the Dharma. Through guided practices, interactive learning, and personal reflections, participants will be equipped to bring more mindfulness and purpose into their daily life.

Instructor profile:
Venerable Chuan Jia brings profound spiritual insight, rooted in Buddhist teachings. He earned a Master of Arts in Applied Buddhist Studies with distinction from Nan Tien Institute in 2024. Beyond his responsibilities at the monastery, he is deeply committed to serving the Buddhist community through various leadership and advisory roles. His diverse background and Buddhist practice has enriched his life with compassion, mindfulness and wisdom.
