体验出家生活，受持沙弥十戒。削发披袈裟，远离世俗羁绊；深入禅修、研习佛法。在法师们的慈悲引导下，您将融入僧团日常生活的节律，精进修习慈悲、忍辱、布施等波罗蜜。
在禅修与法教相辅之下，每一次行持皆为深植善根、开启智慧而设，让您安住当下，探寻自性。这段难得的修行之旅，将让您远离世俗纷扰，于清净中培植内心的法喜安乐，在孝行中增长慈悲智慧。
Join us in this unique opportunity to experience the rich traditions of monastic living while practising filial piety by dedicating your merits to your parents. This week-long journey invites you to embrace mindfulness, discipline and spiritual growth in an authentic monastic setting.
Embrace the full monastic experience by observing the Ten Samanera Precepts. Shave your head and don monastic robes and set aside worldly attachments as you dedicate yourself to meditation and the study of the Dharma guided by experienced monastics, you will learn the daily routines of temple life and cultivate essential virtues of ordained Buddhists, such as compassion, patience, and generosity.
From meditation and chanting to Dharma teachings and communal practices, each activity is thoughtfully crafted to deepen your understanding of the Buddhist teachings and nurture inner peace. This enriching experience offers a chance to step away from daily distractions, rediscover clarity of mind, and walk the path of spiritual purpose while honouring your parents through your spiritual journey.

The programme is open exclusively to male applicants aged 16 and above, who are in good physical and mental health. - 通过初步审核的申请者将收到电邮通知以获邀参加面试，面试结果将决定是否录取此活动 。
Selected applicants will be invited via email for an interview, which will determine final acceptance into this programme. - 面试审核通过后，需缴交$200活动费以确定参与，并护持此活动 。
Upon successful interview and acceptance, a retreat fee of S$200 is required to confirm your participation and to support this programme. - 录取者务必出席2026年4月19日 (9am – 3pm) 的预备班。Accepted participants must attend a Preparatory Class on 19 April 2026 (9am to 3pm).
- 若报名后无故缺席且未提前告知主办单位，可被列入申请管制名单，影响日后参加短期出家的资格。
Participants who are unable to attend this retreat and fail to inform the Organising Committee in advance may be placed on the application control list. This could affect their eligibility for future short-term novitiate retreats.
